Individual counseling, clinical supervision, and thoughtful consultation for people and professionals navigating change.

Individual counseling, clinical supervision, and thoughtful consultation for people and professionals navigating change.

I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based counseling and clinical supervision grounded in compassion, accountability, and respect for the whole person.
My approach is collaborative and practical. The goal is not to tell you who to become, but to help you understand what is happening, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence.

Reconnect with yourself.
Trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, identity, relationships, and major life transitions.

Grow into the clinician you want to become.
Reflective, evidence-informed supervision that builds confidence, clinical judgment, ethical practice, and sustainable careers.

Learning + Tools
Practical resources for personal reflection, professional growth, and continued learning.

Self-guided tools, journals, digital resources, and creative works designed to support reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

Essays, commentary, lived experience, and ideas about identity, healing, culture, clinical practice, and the complicated business of being human.

The wider creative world behind the work: music, photography, storytelling, journals, ideas, and projects that explore what it means to keep becoming.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, writer, photographer, songwriter, and creator.
My professional work has been shaped by years of experience with LGBTQIA+ communities, HIV, trauma, chronic illness, cancer survivorship, grief, identity, and major life transitions. My own life has also included serious illness, disability, loss, recovery, and the ongoing work of reconsidering what life can look like when circumstances change.
Those experiences do not make me an expert on anyone else’s life. They have made me deeply respectful of complexity, resilience, uncertainty, and the need for care that sees the whole person.
I work from a trauma-informed, evidence-based and evidence-informed foundation grounded in compassion, accountability, cultural responsiveness, and practical change. I believe people bring wisdom, strengths, and survival skills into the room with them. Our work is to understand what is happening, build on what is already there, and identify what may help next.
My work also extends into clinical supervision, professional education, writing, photography, music, and practical tools. Much of that broader creative work lives through The Sovereign Source™, where clinical experience, lived experience, and creativity meet.
