Therapy for Gay Men Who've Lived Some Life

Fine, Isn't Always Fine

Therapy for gay men navigating sexual health, HIV, chronic illness, cancer survivorship, aging, grief, relationships, identity, political oppression, and what comes next.

Life Gets (Even More) Complicated

Sexual Health & HIV

Sexuality, stigma, disclosure, prevention, treatment, and the realities of living with HIV over time.

Chronic Illness

When health becomes part of daily life and changes how you see your body, future, energy, or independence.

Cancer Survivorship

Life after treatment can bring relief, fear, grief, body changes, and questions no one prepared you for.

Grief & Loss

Losses that are recent, old, cumulative, complicated, or still shaping how you move through the world.

Relationships & Intimacy

Connection, conflict, loneliness, sex, trust, attachment, and the ways relationships change over time.

Identity & Belonging

Making sense of who you are, where you fit, and what parts of yourself you no longer want to shrink.

Aging & Life Transitions

Changes in body, work, purpose, family, sexuality, roles, and what you want from the years ahead.

Trauma & Survival

When what you lived through is over, but your nervous system hasn’t gotten the memo.

Political & Social Stress

The strain of living under hostility, discrimination, instability, or threats to your dignity, rights, or community.

Depression & Anxiety

Sometimes it looks like numbness, irritability, boredom, dread, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Therapy That Starts With You

We’ll look at what’s happening now, what shaped it, what keeps repeating, and what might help you move differently.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, direct, and grounded in real life. We may work with patterns, relationships, emotions, the body, old survival strategies, or the stories you’ve learned to tell about yourself.

You won’t be reduced to a diagnosis, and you don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need. We can figure that out together.

Not a formula. Not a performance. A place to figure out what’s actually going on.

Clinical experience. Real-world perspective.

Why Work With Me?

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with more than fifteen years of experience in behavioral health, HIV care, hospice, trauma-informed practice, and clinical supervision.

I bring directness, curiosity, humor, and compassion into the room. You don’t need to perform wellness here. You just need to show up as you are.

Simple, private, and focused on fit.

What to Expect

I provide individual telehealth therapy for adults in Pennsylvania. We’ll start with a brief conversation about what brings you in, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Ready to Talk?

If something here feels familiar, we can start with a conversation. See if the fit feels right, ask questions, and decide what comes next.
